Contract Formation

 

I am a student at Melbourne Uni. Last semester I took all my law notes using grouping maps in Rationale. I then converted some to argument maps in ‘analysis’ mode. Although these are Victorian and slightly simplified, you can use them either as an illustration of how to use Rationale to map legal arguments, or as a method for tackling hypotheticals.
